My stay at The Inn at Claussen's in Five Points was simply fantastic! The rooms were clean and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a flat-screen TV, a cozy queen size bed, a full-sized iron and ironing board, wireless access, and a great line of amenities. The service truly made my experience shine above the rest, from the ease of making reservations to the helpful recommendations from Allison on nearby dining spots and the evening glass of wine. The location is superb, just a short walk from Five Points with plenty of dining options and attractions nearby. The dining experience was delightful, with a selection of pastries, juice, and coffee each morning. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.

The hotel rooms were unique since they are carved out of an old bakery building, offering a cozy and different experience. The service was exceptionally helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed. The location was vibrant and beautifully decorated, making guests feel at home. The dining experience was pleasant, with a light yet satisfying breakfast. However, the lack of guest access to the snack and drinks bar was a drawback.

Staying at this hotel was a breeze, and the rooms felt luxurious with many extra perks. However, the narrow spiral staircase caused a few stumbles and challenges, especially when hauling luggage down. The location towards the back of the hotel, closest to the railroad line, was surprisingly quiet and exceptionally clean.

Rooms

The rooms were a piece of cake and sounded luxurious with many added bonuses to our stay. Despite the narrow spiral staircase causing some trips, the room was exceptionally clean.

Staying at my daughter's apartment was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were super clean with no signs of wear or bugs, but there was an unidentifiable stain that stood out. However, the room was a bit dark with limited lighting. The service, especially the friendly staff, was a highlight, although there were some minor oversights like leaving the rear door unlocked and blinds open. The location in downtown Columbia was historic and convenient for exploring nearby shops and restaurants, adding to the appeal. The dining experience with room-delivered breakfast items was nice, but it was somewhat inconsistent. Facilities met expectations, but improvements could enhance the overall stay.

The location in a historic, rehabbed bread factory in downtown Columbia was convenient, with easy access to various shops, delis, pubs, clubs, and coffee houses in the Five Points area. Its proximity to USC and opportunities to explore nearby Georgia and the coast made it a top choice for travelers.
